Order Processing
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. This estimate applies to standard ground shipping and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–7 business days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. There are no additional handling fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden costs at checkout.
Carriers
We use a selection of reliable, nationally recognized carriers to fulfill deliveries. The specific carrier for your order is assigned based on your delivery location and package size. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and tracking number.

All orders ship from our facility in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@lovingpetsproductsmall.my. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus any carrier fees incurred.
